Kevinton Bears are adult collectors bears and not suitable for children due to the small parts used in making them.
All payments must be received in UK pounds sterling. For customers in the UK, I can accept cheque, postal order or PayPal. For customers overseas I can only accept PayPal.
Postage and packaging are charged for orders and will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK), Royal Mail First Class Recorded Deilvery (UK) or International Signed For Airmail.
Please note that lost parcels are not refunded if you choose Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Parcels sent via Royal Mail Special will be refunded if lost.
Full payment must be received and cleared before your bear is posted. Please allow 7 working days.
If you are not entirely happy with your bear please contact me first to see if I can put him right or arrange a return. You can return him to me in his original condition within 7 days and I will refund the purchase price. Return postage costs are at your expense and I advise using a recorded delivery service.
Refunds do not apply to Commissioned Bears.
